- Kim became a CNA in 1994 and graduated from Tennessee Technology as an LPN in 1996. Started her career as a nurse in a pediatric allergy clinic...She gave over 300 shots per day!!! She really missed geriatrics so she returned to work at Sunbridge Healthcare and worked there for 10 years. Kim started out as floor nurse then moved into Charge Nurse, Unit Supervisor, Wound Care & Weight Loss Nurse, MDS Coordinator, Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, and finally into the Admissions Director position. She was then given the opportunity to help open Keestone Assisted Living in Lawrenceburg, TN as their Resident Director and stayed there for 18 months. Kim decided to try something totally different and went to work for Fresenius Dialysis Clinic. She did that for 8 months but again really missed long term care. Kim came to work for Genesis (then Sunbridge) in N Alabama in March of 2010. Started out as Admissions Director and then moved into the Clinical Admissions Director role in 2012.
